2, according to the wiring diagram connected to the power cord wiring  head to be fastened, with the lead cable, wire motor, can be directly  connected with the power cord, connector to insulation seal.

Four, start
1, after the closing of the motor should start immediately to reach  the normal speed and smooth operation, otherwise the skin immediately  cut off the power, check and troubleshoot.
2, after the start of attention to observe the motor drive, load  machinery, voltmeter and ammeter, if any abnormalities should  immediately stop.
3, the motor no-load continuous start is generally no more than 4  times, run to the thermal shutdown after starting no more than 2 times,  or easy to burn the motor.
4, according to the grid capacity, load size and motor power, a  reasonable choice of starting mode, the larger power motor should adopt a  triangular method or step-down way to start.
Five, running
1, the power supply voltage and the rated voltage deviation of not  more than ± 5%, three-phase voltage imbalance does not exceed 1.5%.
2, the motor running current shall not exceed the rated current on the  nameplate, three-phase current unbalance does not exceed 80%, otherwise  it will cause the motor fever and even burned.
3, with a thermometer to measure the motor surface temperature should  not exceed 80 ℃, the bearing temperature should not exceed 95 ℃
4, the motor should always keep clean, dry, well ventilated, air inlet and outlet will be smooth.
5, the motor running in the smoke, violent vibration, abnormal sound,  special smell, the speed decreased significantly; load equipment  failure; occurrence of personal electric shock should immediately shut  down.
Six, bearing lubrication
L, motor bearing lubrication should be good, the general operation of  3000-5000 hours, should be shut down maintenance or replacement of  grease, grease grade ZL - 3 lithium - based grease.
2, stored or deactivated for more than two years before the use of the  motor should be used to check the bearing lubrication, if necessary, to  add or replace the grease.

Non-sealed bearings should be regularly replaced with clean grease. Seven, transport and storage
In the course of transport motor should not be damp, shaft does not bump, parts are not damaged and so on. Storage should be kept clean, dry, ventilated, non-corrosive gases, to avoid the sudden changes in ambient temperature.
