Check the steps:
(1) Check the motor parts of the situation, such as whether the end cap rupture, whether the twist shaft, contact with or without burning or broken.
(2) check the bearing situation, the shaft for shaking up and down, if the axis of some loose, that bearing is damaged. And then turn the rotor by hand to see if the rotor is running flexible. If the shaft rotation is not normal, indicating that the bearing part may be a problem, either due to the bending of the shaft or due to poor assembly caused. (3) Check the internal wiring of the motor to see if there is a contact between the coil and the rotor and the stator. This test said the ground test.
(4) When the rotor is running, the motor can be connected to the power supply, the switch closed for several seconds. If there is a problem inside the motor, it is likely to make the fuse blown; winding smoke; slow rotation; issued a noise or motionless. This phenomenon often indicates that the winding has a problem or has been burned. In case of this, remove the end cap and carefully check the parts of the motor winding. If the winding burns serious, from the winding surface can be judged out.
